This week, he and his partner Vanessa James achieved the joint-highest score of the series with 38.

Who left Dancing On Ice this week?

Actress Charlie Brooks was eliminated from Dancing On Ice after being in a dance-off against former footballer Anton Ferdinand.

Brooks performed to Luther Vandross’s Never Too Much on the 80s-themed evening and was reunited with her partner Eric Radford who was temporarily replaced with Brendyn Hatfield last Sunday after sustaining an injury in rehearsals.

The EastEnders star finished bottom of the leaderboard after receiving a score of 31.5.

Meanwhile, Ferdinand performed a video game-themed routine to Dead Or Alive’s You Spin Me Right Round (Like A Record), achieving his highest score of the competition so far with 35.5.

Following the skate-off, judges Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse and Jayne Torvill all voted to save Ferdinand, sending Brooks home.

Judge Ashley Banjo told Brooks she was an “elite performer” but said, “the tempo and the vibe of this music was your downfall”.

Christopher Dean said she was “not our strongest skater” but praised her for trying new things.

Despite voting for Ferdinand, judge Oti Mabuse later told Brooks she believed her performance in the dance-off was “one of your best performances”.

After her elimination, the actress told her partner Radford had been “an absolute dream” and admitted “the right person went home” as she was “starting to feel slightly out of my depth”.

Dancing On Ice continues on Sundays on ITV1 and ITVX.
